As a volunteer participating in the CIG Nationals Leadership Program in Ottawa (April 1-5 at the National Tournament & Festival), you will take part in five incredible days of connecting with other like-minded people. You’ll join a team of emerging performers, educators, and arts administrators from across Canada while learning from some of the most seasoned trainers and producers.

We're so excited to present the second National Leadership Program at the 42nd National Festival! This is the perfect opportunity to hone your improv skills while strengthening a leadership skill of your choice (which might include anything from stage management and theatre production to event management, public speaking, or team-building).

NOTE: The National Leadership Program is open to volunteers only. Staff (Regional Producers, National Trainers, etc.) will have a separate process for getting involved in the National Festival. If you're unsure, contact the National Volunteer Coordinator at macbrock@improv.ca.

ALL PARTICIPANTS will be asked to arrive in Ottawa by 4pm on Sunday March 31, 2019 and be available each day for workshops, volunteering and evening performances until Friday, April 5 at noon (don't forget to leave time for the group brunch outing before you head home!)
